Vidor was hoping the third time was the charm as they faced Lumberton for the 4A Reg. 3 title Saturday morning in Katy. But the Lady Raiders won the game 1-0 to advance to their third straight state tournament.
Congratulations to Coach Ralph Fields and his Pirates on a great season. Vidor should be right back in the mix next year with many returners.
