
Tournaments continues for our local teams Friday and will wrap up Saturday.
LCM 4 Brazosport 0 – Winning pitcher Tessa Erickson. Tessa threw 4 innings gave up 0 runs, 2 hits, 0 walks and struck out 6. She also hit a solo home run in the bottom of the third followed by a hit by pitch on Ava Wright and then Ella Stephenson doubles to score Wright. The Bears walked 6 times and stole 3 bases.

Bridge City bounced back after a losing two Thursday. They beat EP Franklin 15-1 behind a one-hitter from Cambree LaComb. Nicole Sasser, straight from the basketball court, had 4 RBI’s, as did A. Autrey.
In their second game Friday, BC beat Clear Brook 10-2. Carson Fall KO’d 14 and she was 2-2 at the plate with an RBI. Sasser was 3-4 with 3 RBI and Gabby Moore homered.

The Orangefield Lady Bobcats went 1-1 on the day falling to Hardin Jefferson 6-3 and defeating Kirbyville 3-2.
Against HJ, Aubree Beck had a double and 2 RBIs. Paris Becker had 2 hits and a run scored. Alysen Vincent had a single and a run scored. Haylee Spears added a hit.
In their win against Kirbyville Charlee Sanches got the win on the mound going 6 innings with no earned runs on 7 hits and 5 strikeouts. Aubree Beck had 2 hits and an RBI. Alyssa Vincent had an RBI. Hallee Becker had a double and a run scored. Abby Broussard and Audrey Sonnier both had a run scored.
The Lady Bobcats wrap up play in Anahuac Saturday morning at 9am vs. Anahuac.

Vidor went 1-1 on Friday at the GCM Tournament. They defeated Sam Rayburn and lost to Livingston.
