The Willowbend Apartments was the site of a shoot out Wednesday afternoon. The apartments are located off Sikes Rd. near MLK and just north of IH-10. Witnesses said two groups were in the parking lot when they started firing at one another. Several cars were hit and their windows busted. Also several bullets were found in apartment walls.
Those shooting left the scene before police arrived. No one was found shot at the seen.
