West Orange Officers responded to the Porky’s Convenience Store located at 536 S.H. 87 in West Orange on the afternoon of April 24, 2023 in reference to an unwanted subject that was on the premises. The caller advised dispatch that a black male wearing camouflage was harassing the clerk and refusing to leave.
As the responding Officer pulled into the north driveway of the business, he observed a black male wearing all camouflage with unsteady balance near the southeast corner of the building facing vehicles that were at the intersection of FM 105 and Hwy. 87 and had his penis out urinating on the sidewalk in full view of vehicles and the public. Once relieved, the Officer walked up to him and placed him in handcuffs for Disorderly Conduct – Exposure. It was also determined that was intoxicated to the point that he was a danger to himself.
The subject had no identification but gave information identifying him as being from Mississippi. He was taken to the Orange County Jail and booked for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct-Exposure.
