Wednesday afternoon authorities were called to the Chevron Phillips construction site off Hwy. 87 near the Orange County Airport. A 58 year old man from Louisiana was driving a pickup truck on site. After the initial investigation it is believed he had a medical emergency and ran the truck over a berm and flipped it. The man was not pronounced dead until he was transported to the hospital. A formal investigation will be conducted.
