The Celebration of Life for Mr. Don C. Pollard, 68, of Orange, will be Saturday, the 20th of November, during Memorial Services at the Starlight Church of God In Christ. Services will begin at 11am under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home.
Don Calvin Pollard was born on the 21st of March 1953 in Orange, TX. He passed on the 7th of November, in Groves, TX.
A 1971 graduate of Stark High School, he was a prolific distance runner on the Stark High Track Team. He is survived by 2 daughters, Ta-Tanisha Pollard-Durand of Port Arthur, TX and Shuntral Pollard of Beaumont, TX, 3 brothers, Johnnie Francis (Nedra) of Orange, Kenneth Francis (Monica) of Duluth, GA, and Michael Ballard (Felicia) of Lake Charles, LA, 2 sisters, Sharon Mun of Orange, and Laura Curtis of Mansfield, TX, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
