A 58-year-old woman was arrested for 911 abuse early Wednesday and taken to the Orange County Jail.
Officer Brian Latiolais reported the woman first cursed at the Orange Police Department dispatch. When OPD disconnected the call, the woman reached the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. The dispatcher there told Latiolais the woman called her an insulting name and cursed at her.
Latiolais said the woman originally called 911 about a broken window. He arrested her for 911 abuse when she would not cooperate with him.
