
On Thursday, December 3, 2020 the Orange Regional Tactical Response Team executed a search warrant located at 1521 37th Street. The investigation was led by the City of Orange Narcotic Division and West Orange Police Department. Sixty-year-old male, Tommy Johnson, was placed under arrest for Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Stolen Firearm. The investigation is ongoing and other charges are pending.

In another report, the Orange Police have located a suspect and recovered items that were stolen Wednesday in the burglary of a vehicle. Captain Robert Enmon with the Detective Division of the Orange Police Department said further investigation could lead to an arrest in the case.
Wednesday at about 9:27 AM, Officer Daniel Dorman with the Orange Police was dispatched to Baker’s Transmission at 404 Green Avenue. Dorman was informed of a vehicle that was in the parking lot of the business was broken into and items were taken.
The suspect took a car stereo and an iPad from the vehicle. Captain Enmon indicated the stolen items valued at approximately $1,000 were returned to the owner of the vehicle.
