On December 22, 2018 at 3:12 P.M. officers responded to an unresponsive person. Officers arrived and located a black male in an apartment in the 300 blk. of 2nd St. The person show no signs of life. Justice of the Peace – Precinct 3, Judge Dubose-Simonton was contacted and an autopsy was ordered. The deceased is 37 year old Octavias Lamont Williams.
