LCM’s Eli Peveto finished fourth in the 4A State Cross Country Meet Saturday in Round Rock with a time of 15:43. Judson Greer of Melissa won with a time 15:02.
Orangefield junior Maddison Helm was fifth in the girls 3A division with a time of 12:06. Jenna Brazeal of Little River Academy won with a time of 11:45. Sister Katelyn Helm, a freshman, was 38th at 12:48.
Orangefield freshman Peyton Wrinkle was 71st with a time of 17:43. The winning time was 15:29.
Bridge City sophomore Kaylen Smith was 98th in the girls 4A division with a time of 13:15.
