Kathy Bell-Schexnaider, of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, suffered a massive stroke on June 12. During her 28 years with MADD, she has helped countless victims in 13 counties in the courtroom,with funeral expenses, medical bills and provided emotional support too. In addition to assisting many families, she did not lose sight of the first victim which is the deceased. She placed and maintained small white crosses along the highways at the location where the person was killed, if the family did not do it first.
