Authorities say Wednesday afternoon a truck unloaded at a business on FM 105, between Hwy. 87 & 62, and pulled out of the business with its bed still raised. The bed struck the power lines which pulled the truck over and also took down a power pole.
The live wires on the ground started a grass fire. The Orange Fire Department arrived and put out the flames. The driver didn’t suffer any serious injuries. The road had to be shut down for several hours for clean up.
