Someone vandalized a Vietnam Memorial at Veterans Park in Vidor Friday. Vidor City Manager Mike Kunst told KOGT the memorial was purchased by the 1969 senior class at Vidor High School. It features the names of those deceased Vidorians who fought in the Vietnam War.
