Bridge City, Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Orangefield, Vidor and Deweyville softball teams are all in the postseason. And their bidistrict games have been set.
The LCM Lady Bears will begin the playoffs in a best of three series against Huntington on Thursday, April 26, at 6 p.m. in Silsbee. LCM will be the home team in Game One. The second game will be Saturday, April 28, at 2 p.m. with the third game, if needed, to follow, also in Silsbee.
Bridge City will face Jasper in a one game series on Friday at 7pm in Jasper.
After losing to Silsbee 3-0 on Monday, the Orangefield Lady Bobcats, the number four team out of 22-4A will play Lufkin Hudson in a best of three series. Game one at Orangefield 6:00pm. Thursday April 26. Game two Friday April 27 at Lufkin Hudson. 6:00pm. Game three to follow if necessary. Ticket prices $5 for adults $3 for students.
Deweyville will play Snook HS, one game, at 7pm on Wednesday at Willis HS.
Vidor will play Barbers Hill in a best of three. Game One is Thursday at BH at 6 o’clock. Friday for Games 2 & 3 in Vidor beginning at 5pm.
