
On Tuesday, for the first time this season, the baseball and softball teams will all be playing a district game. Also the baseball and softball teams from each school will be playing the same opponent, twice in the same week.
Both West Orange-Stark teams will travel to LCM on Tuesday, and then the Bears travel to WOS on Friday. Two of the hottest teams face each other on KOGT tonight at 7pm. WOS, winners of eight straight feature Blake Robinson and his .450 batting average along with Chad Dallas on the bump who struck out 16 in his last outing. The Bears, 18-3 on the season, have nine wins scoring ten or more runs. Michael Lee, Jordan Alexander, Taylor Gilbert, and Anthony Bandiero are all batting over .400. The team pitching ERA is under 2.50.
Bridge City will be at Silsbee Tuesday, and then host the Tigers on Friday. Orangefield will travel to Hamshire-Fannett Tuesday and then host the Horns on Friday.
In 22-5A the baseball and softball teams are on not on the same paths. Vidor softball will host Memorial Tuesday and go to Lumberton on Friday. The baseball team will go to PNG Tuesday and host the Indians Friday.
Deweyville baseball will host West Hardin Mar. 20 and travel to Big Sandy Mar. 23. The Lady Pirates will host WH Tuesday but travel to Sabine Pass Friday.
