
Sullivan James Brady was born August 29, 1932 in Lake Providence, LA to Mr. Robert and Mrs. Beatrice Smith Brady.
He was raised in the area and growing into manhood, he enlisted in the U. S. Army. After completing his duty he was Discharged With Honors.
Uniting in Holy Matrimony with Margaret Lewis, Orange was home for some 60 years. He was employed by the former Levingston Shipbuilding Company.
His summons from earthly life came Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at his residence, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Survivors include his wife Margaret of Orange, 4 sons, Sullivan Brady, Jr. and Larneil Lewis (Peggy) of Orange, Zavion Brady of Houston, TX, and Kelvin Brady (Haydee) of Burleson, TX, 7 daughters, Selma Lewis (John Wayne) and Veronica Fowler (Daniel) , Velma Brady and Lakesha Brady all of Orange, Lisa Carter (Earl) of Beaumont, TX, Ruth Ann Barnes of Chicago, IL and Beverly Ann Ross of Sacramento, CA, 1 sister, Vera Jackson of Abilene, TX, 26 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
