For WOS: Jarren Terrell threw a 12 yard TD pass to Jerrold Brown. Extra Point good by Ibera 7-0; Clint Williams scored on a 21 yard TD run. Extra Point good by Ibera 14-0; Jay’zn Robinson scored on a 20 yard TD run. Extra Point good by Ibera 21-0; Patrick Mickey scored on a 64 yard punt return for a TD. Extra Point good by Ibera. Offensive Standouts: Courtney Davis, Darby Jones, Jarren Terrell, Andre Thomas. Defensive Standouts: Hykein Taylor, Tyron Brown, Patrick Mickey.

The WOSMS Football teams traveled to Hamshire-Fannett Thursday night and returned home with 3 wins. The combined B team picked up their first win of the season with a 22-0 win over the Short horns. Warren Gipson scored a rushing touchdown while Trinton Garrett rushed for a TD and connect with Miguel Molina and Kelan Crosson for touchdowns as well. Crosson would also convert a 2 point play from Garrett. Defensively the Stallions were lead by solid play from Jose Molina and fumble recoveries by Miguel Molina, Terrious Foster and Demetrius Snowden. The 7A team improved to 2-0 on the season by a score of 34-0. Marqurious Garrett lead the team with 2 rushing touchdowns along with another rushing TD and 2 two point conversions from Jamaal Shaw. Cal Jones returned a punt for a touchdown and Dylan Spencer scooped up a fumble and returned it for another score. The Stallions blanked the horns with great play on defense from Deshawn Brunson, fumble recoveries from Spencer and Jailen Brown and an interception by Dakarion Judge. The 8A team completed the hat trick with a 46-0 shutout of HF. Jadon Jones lead the Stallions with a pair of receiving touchdowns from qb’s Jayson Zeigler and Ke’zayvier Richards and a kickoff return for his third TD. Richards rushed for 2 of his own and Zeigler threw his second TD pass to Elijah Gales. DeMarion Mouton rushed for the 7th and final touchdown of the game with Cameron Judge and Jamall Warnell each scoring on two point conversions. The defense was solid once again recording 5 fumbles recoveries and a shutting out their opponent for the second week in a row. Zeigler, Richards, Dontrey McClain, Javon’trae Janice and Jaqualion Chaney each recovered fumbles. The Stallions will host the HJ Hawks next Thursday with kickoff at 5:00.
