Two people were injured in separate vehicular accidents in Orange during the weekend.
A 20-year-old Spring man had to be taken to a Beaumont hospital after his Honda Civic went off an Interstate 10 access road and rolled over several times.
Orange police report the rollover was reported at 1:43 p.m. Friday at the 2400 block of Lutcher Drive. Police said Austin James Confer was traveling eastbound and going too fast. He lost control of the Honda and it went off the roadway.
The Honda went into a ditch and rolled over several times. It came to rest in the ditch on driver’s side. Confer was taken by Acadian Ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital.
A man from Orange was taken by Acadian Ambulance to Baptist Hospital in Beaumont after he was injured Saturday about 7 p.m. in a two-vehicle collision on 37th Street at Ridgemont Drive.
Police said 28-year-old Kyle Ingram had non-incapacitating injuries. He was in the front passenger seat of a Hyundai Elantra that was driven by 25-year-old Chelsea Marie Easley of Orange.
According to police, a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Denver Leigh Cooper of Orange was traveling southbound on 37th Street and the Hyundai was going northbound. The Malibu turned to go onto Ridgemont Drive and collided with the Hyundai. Cooper was given a citation for failure to yield right-of-way.

In other Orange police reports, a burglary was reported at 11:48 a.m. at the Cypresswood Apartments at 1010 Highway 87 South. A woman said she was gone from her apartment for a couple of hours. When she returned, someone had forced their way inside and stolen an XBox game system.

On Sunday night, police were investigating a possible pedestrian accident, but could not find where it occurred or type of vehicle was involved. However, the man who reported having his foot runover was considered intoxicated.

Police went to the 1500 block of Seventh Street about 9 p.m. Sunday after emergency medical responders notified officers. Police reported a 37-year-old man had on one shoe but the other foot was bare. He said his foot had been runover.
Police said the man could not give a consistent story on the accident or what kind of vehicle hit him. Officers could not find his missing shoe in the area.
Because of his intoxication, he was taken by Acadian Ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
