“Tryce Howard had a great year for Black Hawk College. He improved tremendously on his play in Right Field, developed more power at the plate and was a very clutch hitter late in the season! Tryce is a class act young man and works hard at the game. He is very coachable and is a team player! I’m confident that he will have a great career at the next level. We preach being “First Class” here at BHC. Tryce is a perfect example of what kind of person we want our players to be.” -Arnie Chavera Head Coach
“Tryce faced ups and downs over his two years at BHC, but he never pulled himself out of the fight and kept grinding. The player he turned himself into the second half of the season, and especially during the postseason was something special.” -Nick Doughty Assistant Coach.
