Only 16 teams left in the Class 4A baseball playoffs. Twelve of the 16 teams are in the playoffs as district champions. Bridge City is the only third place team in the playoffs and Gilmer is the only fourth place team still playing in the 4A bracket. China Spring and Robstown are teams that finished as district runner-ups.
All of the matchups are best of three series except for two, WOS vs Robinson and Decatur vs Gilmer in Region II.
