On Dec. 31, 2016, Orange Police took a report of theft in the 1600 block of Carter Street. Two unknown suspects took a Pagoda Lantern statue from the front yard of the residence. Carter St. is located off 16th St. between McDonald’s and The Hut. The victim’s residence had security video that captured the theft.
