The LCM Lady Bears lost to Liberty at home 55-31 Tuesday. The Bears got off to a rough start thanks to a lot of turnovers. LCM didn’t score their first bucket until 1:23 left in the first and had a hard time catching up to the Lady Panthers.
Alyssa McKellar led the Lady Bears with 16 points. Renna Toomey added 5. LCM was 9-23 from the free throw line.
The LCM JV beat Liberty by a score of 42-33.

The LCM boys lost at Kountze 68-56. LCM ran into trouble in the second quarter, being outscored 22-5. The Bears got a monster game from Katon Brown with 36 points and 15 rebounds. Ayson Simmons added 12. LCM is 10-6 on the season.
