National Weather Service says: Tropical Storm Earl has finally gotten its name as it traverses the Northwest Caribbean. Maximum winds are near 45 MPH. Some strengthening of the storm could occur before it makes landfall along the Eastern coast of Belize tomorrow evening, but Earl is not expected to become a hurricane at this time. Earl poses no threat to the northern Gulf coast and we will not notice any real change to our typical summer pattern in the coming days.
