Roger Brent Parker, age 47, of Orange, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 in Orange, Texas.
Roger was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Daisy (Martin) Parker and was a resident of the Orange area for most of his life. He loved fishing and spending time on the water. Roger is described by those who loved him as a man who was kind and caring, and someone who always made you laugh. He was also an animal lover and adored his cat, Meneau.
Those preceding Roger in death are his mother, Daisy Parker and his brother, Jeff Parker.
Roger is survived by his son, Roger Dale Parker; his brother, Damon Parker; his adopted family, Danya and Faron Monceaux, Jean Dickerson, Mike Dickerson, and David Dickerson; and his cat, Meneau.
Cremation services will be provided under the direction of Dorman Funeral Home.
