Donald Lewis Feagin, 85, of Orange, Texas, passed away on April 5, 2016, in Beaumont, Texas.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Paris, Texas, on May 14, 1930, he was the son of Jessie Uriah Feagin and Nanie Gladys Crow Feagin. Don retired from Firestone after 30 years of being an operator. He was in the United States Navy and spent time in Korea on the USS Titania. He was an avid lover of motorcycles and opened the Orange County Cycle Center in 1969. He also owned the Cocktail Haus on Green Avenue for several years. Don enjoyed taking motorcycle tours, but most of all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his two sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Inge Feagin; children, Mike Feagin, of Orange, Randy Feagin and fiancée Martha Walker, of Orange, and Inge Feagin, of Houston; grandchildren, Lindsay Robins and husband David, of Katy and Krista Goetz and husband Austin, of Orange; and great-grandchildren, Emerson Robins and Kolton Goetz.
