Constable Cagle Laid To Rest Thursday
Hundreds of law enforcement officers from Southeast Texas, family and friends said goodbye to Precinct Two Constable David Cagle Thursday. Cagle died Monday of a heart attack. He was 57. Services were held at North Orange Baptist Church with a procession through town and past a large American flag that was flown by Gilbeaux's Towing. Burial was held at Hillcrest Cemetery on Hwy. 87 near Bridge City with Bridge City Mayor David Rutledge playing the bagpipes.
