The City of Orange is taking an online poll to see how people would like to improve 16th Street, the main thoroughfare through town off Interstate 10. The questionaire allows people to rate things like the appearance of 16th Street, the parking, the lighting, the traffic, availability of sitting areas, and landscaping. People can also rate the cleanliness, the ease of walking and the appearance of the businesses. Big Game For Bears Friday
The district season is down to just two games and Little Cypress-Mauriceville is still very much in the mix for the playoffs. Even a district championship is still a possibility. Coach Randy Crouch said the Bears had a good game against Livingston last week. There were no Bears injured in the game. The coach praised the Bears that he was excited about the win and the team rebounding from the tough loss to Splendora the week before. “I am awful proud of their effort,” Crouch shared. On Tuesday, students at Orangefield Elementary left the school looking like it does every day, but when they returned on Halloween, their school had been transformed!
