The City of Orange has announced 17 buildings that will be demolished as the city continues to improve areas by removing eyesores. Kelvin Knauf, Director of Planning and Community Development, says that they have paid to demolish some 250 buildings in the last 10 years. The following are on the next hit list after bids were accepted by council. The building above is the location on Elm Ave. The location below is the home at 712 10th St. where Brenika Rechelle Lott was found guilty of killing a five year old in 2020.
