The Orangefield Lady Bobcats moved into first place after outscoring Silsbee 74-69 Tuesday on KOGT. It was a monster game for Sabryn Crain (above) who poured in 26 points and added 10 rebounds, and Hanna Lowe who scored 27. Before freshman Emmi Lummus fouled out she tallied an impressive 10 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals. Paris Fregia, Bethany Green, Evie Arceneaux and Kaylynn Nelson also contributed to the victory that split the season series. Simone Carmeaner of Silsbee lead all scorers with 35. The Bobcats travel to Hardin-Jefferson on Friday.

Hamshire-Fannett upset the LCM Lady Bears 55-53.
Buna defeats Deweyville Lady Pirates 60-29.
The LCM boys jumped out to a 31-17 halftime lead and never let off the gas in a 64-36 win over Hamshire-Fannett. Katon Brown lead the Bears with 19 pts, 14 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Andrew Daspit added 14. Jordan Johnson led HF with 16. LCM travels to BC Friday.
The Orangefield Bobcats traveled to the #1 ranked Silsbee Tigers on Tuesday night. The Bobcats played tough in the first half trailing 43-25, but the Tigers got hot in the 2nd half, hitting 10 of 15 three pointers and taking the win 102-45. Leading the way for the Bobcats was Payton Lathrop with 14 points. The Bobcats will host Hardin-Jefferson on Friday.
