James Edgar “Jimmy” Louvier, age 71 passed away in Sunday, March 26, 2016 in Vidor, Texas. Memorial services will be at 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at New Life Assembly of God, 7375 Hwy 105 Orange, Texas 77630. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
Jimmy was born on March 18, 1945 in Orange, Texas to the late Mack and Edna Louvier. He was a carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Union. He loved fishing and was a Mormon.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Cecily Bland.
Survivors include his two sons; James Edgar Louvier, Jr. and his wife Lorrie of Orange, TX and Michael Louvier and his wife Kim of Beaumont, TX. The mother of his children, Marion Louise Ham of Orangefield, TX. Three grandchildren; Trinity Louvier, Christian Louvier and Mackenzie Louvier. One niece, Martha Jane “MJ” Bland and nephew, James Bland and his wife Glenda. As well as two great nieces, Faith and Savannah Bland.
