A 48-year-old man was injured and taken to a Beaumont hospital Wednesday evening after the truck he was driving overturned on FM 105 near Orangefield High School.
Officer Dustin Myers with the Orange Police Department said the man will also face charges of driving while intoxicated, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a parole violation.
Officer Myers said Michael Lee Stuckey was driving a Dodge 1500 pickup truck westbound on FM 105. The truck went off the roadway and overturned onto the driver’s side. Stuckey was taken by Acadian Ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont with non-incapacitating injuries.
