Crawfish can be tasty but dead crawfish all over a restaurant will hurt the business’s health inspection. County Health Inspector James Scales visited 12 food-related businesses during the latter part of February and the lowest score, 73, went to Kajun Seafood and Wing II on Park Avenue. Scales cited the dead crawfish and said the entire restaurant needs to be cleaned. Only two places received perfect scores, but overall the scores were high.
