Orange City Council
The Orange City Council will have a run-off race for the Single-Member District 3 position between Terrie T. Salter and Michael Smith. The city charter requires a candidate to win 50 percent plus 1 vote for a win.
Salter had 204 votes, or 44 percent, with Smith getting 134 votes or 29 percent. Incumbent Essie Bellfield had 126 votes or 27 percent.
For the At-Large Position 6 seat, incumbent Larry Spears Jr. won with 809 votes, or 71 percent.
