We’ve got a lot of things planned for the city, and we think things are moving forward at a good pace. We’ve got a lot of work to do, but we’ve got a lot of good people to do the good work,” Rutledge exclaimed.
City Manager Jerry Jones shared some news about Richard Titus who in December on his last scheduled day of work as a Bridge City municipal employee was injured when a limb from a tree he was working on struck him in the back of the head. Titus was life-flighted to Houston, but Jones said Titus came home Tuesday. Jones reported, “He has a brace on and will have that on for six weeks which looks like the only thing he’ll have to do so that’s really good news.”
