(ORANGE, TX) – Discover the joy of art-making during our Adult Studio Art Workshops at the Stark Museum of Art. Meet local artists, connect with works of art on exhibit, and explore a variety of media and techniques through this workshop series just for adults.
A great majority of paintings in the Stark Museum of Art’s current exhibition Branding the American West: Paintings and Films 1900-1950 are oil on canvas. Come learn how to master this media just like the great painters in this show at our Adult Studio Workshop series on oil painting! This workshop’s special guest artist will be Elizabeth Fontenot. Artists of all skill levels are welcome, and classes have a low participant-to-guest-artist ratio with only 15 spaces available!
Workshops begin at 6 pm and last two hours to allow plenty of time for the creative process.
