International Paper Orange Containerboard Mill has awarded $23,000 in foundation grants to local community organizations. Grants were awarded by the IP Foundation in Memphis, Tenn.
“We feel privileged to be able to assist our local non-profits and organizations in their efforts to serve this community,” said Anitra Collins, Orange Mill Manager. “We look forward to seeing the great results they achieve.”
Local community organizations that were awarded grants for the 2015 cycle are: Little Cypress Mauriceville Elementary, Accelerated Reader program, Accelerated Math program and literacy technology program Little Cypress Mauriceville High School, Physics classroom materials, Intro to Engineering Designs program Community Christian School, Literacy interactive white boards for students West Orange Starks Elementary, Reading program for 3rd graders OCARC, Walkway coverage for Special Needs employees
