In observance of Drug Awareness Week,
students at Orangefield Elementary participated in, "Get
Hooked on Books NOT DRUGS Day". Students dressed as various

Council DASH (Drugs, Alcohol, Safety and Health)
Committee encouraged students and staff to participate
in Red Ribbon Week (October 27-31, 2008). By pledging
to be DRUG FREE, students and staff showed their support
by wearing crazy socks on SOCK IT TO DRUGS on Monday.
